They say love has no distance.
But, that doesn’t mean it doesn’t hurt to have someone you love, be so far away from your reach. You feel a big weight, dropped on your chest when you want to cuddle with them, or just give them a nice hug, but you can’t because you live hours and hours away from one another. It hurts that you can’t even get a glimpse of them every day or be able to talk to them face to face. It’s depressing to know that you can’t hold their hand, or fall asleep on their lap, or basically do anything physical with each other.
You snuggle with them every night when you go to sleep until you wake up to find out it was just a dream, and that you’re just hugging your pillow. For now, all you can really do, is keep the communication strong. Who knows, one day, you’ll find yourself waking up in the morning, right next to them. One day, you’ll be able to wake up to their smile and their dorky bed hair. Until then, you’ll just have to wait, because if you really love him/her, waiting shouldn’t be a problem.
